aitrips.io is a trip planning platform that allows users to create, organize, and share travel itineraries. The Service includes integration with AI assistants via the Model Context Protocol (MCP), enabling AI-assisted trip planning.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the Service.
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service, including trip data, notes, and locations. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

The Service provides API access via the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for integration with AI assistants. API usage is subject to the following conditions:
You must keep your API keys confidential and not share them with third parties. You may not use the API to access data of other users without their explicit consent. Rate limits may apply based on your subscription plan, and we reserve the right to suspend API access for abuse or excessive usage.
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Travel information and suggestions provided through the Service or AI integrations should be independently verified.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AITRIPS.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless aitrips.io and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
